How do I pay for a booking?

For all hotel bookings full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. We do not offer Provisional Booking. Hotel pricing is dynamic and is changing all the time. However, if you see an offer you like, or you need to book at specific times we would strongly advise you to move quickly and make a booking in order to get your preferred choice of rates and dates.

Are the hotel rates per person or per room per night?

The hotel rates listed on the hotel search results page are room rates per night.

How many rooms can I reserve at once, and how many people can stay in each?

You can reserve a maximum of four hotel rooms per reservation. Each room can have a maximum of four people, at least one of whom must be an adult (age 21 or over). If you need more than four rooms our highly trained sales team can be contacted via Group Booking Request Form.

Why is the hotel price different from when I last checked availability?

The prices are shown in the currency requested by the user and these are subject to currency fluctuations. Therefore, there may be variations in price on a daily basis that will reflect any movement in the currency exchange levels. Once a reservation is booked and confirmed, the currency exchange rate for that booking is fixed.

Can I make hotel reservations for someone else?

Yes, you are allowed to make payment on behalf of another passenger. However, for payment on behalf, we will require the credit cardholder to authorize payment on behalf of traveling party/guest by completing and signing the Credit Card Authorization Form and return to us via fax / email along with a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card.

Can I book hotel and activity from when I am living overseas?

Yes, you can. Prepaid voucher will be delivered via email regardless of the country you are residing in.

Can I book hotels through the phone or at your Office?

Our Hotel-booking engine is fully automated and integrated with an E-Commerce business module. It empowers users to search for the lowest possible hotel rates with available room inventory at time of booking. You are encouraged to explore and transact through our website to enjoy these benefits directly. We do not make booking for hotel over the phone with the exceptions if you encounter system error and unable to proceed with your booking.

How do I know my hotel reservation is confirmed?

An email confirmation is sent after you've completed your booking. You should receive the confirmation email generally within 15 minutes, although it may take up to several hours for it to arrive.
You can verify your reservations online through Manage Booking section (link is at the top of every page). You should check the spam or junk mail folder in your email to make sure your confirmation email was not blocked. You may need to add and to your "allowed" senders list to receive confirmation emails and information regarding future bookings.

If my computer hangs during the booking process, how can I confirm whether My Booking was successful?

If you do not see a confirmation screen before your computer hangs or before your internet connection is disconnected, it is likely that your booking is not completed. We suggest you to try again. However, if a booking reference is generated, you may check your booking status using "Manage Booking" section on top of the page. You may also speak to our Hotel Reservation team by clicking on the Chat Link provided at the bottom of the page.

What Mode of Payment may I use for my booking?

We Accept Visa and MasterCard and major debit cards for online bookings. We require the following credit card details to process an online transaction:

  • Credit Card number
  • Card Verification Number (CVV Number)
  • Card Type
  • Expiry Month and Year
  • In certain exceptional cases we might request you to provide us with Government issued Valid Identity Card photocopy as well
Your payment details and all your transactions and personal details are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology as soon as they are entered. To add additional security and authentication we are using 'Verified by Visa', and 'MasterCard Secure Code'.

What is the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?

In order to reduce the risk of frauds over the internet, your credit card is provided with a unique number that is seen only on the card and is never printed anywhere. To ensure that the card is indeed in the possession of the cardholder, the cardholder needs to enter this number at the time of the transaction.

Where is the Card Verification Number (CVV) seen on my credit card?

Visa/MasterCard: Look in the signature field on the backside of your credit card. The CVV is the 3-digit code after the last 4 digits of your credit card number.

Why does my booking fail?

This is a rare occurrence. However, there may be several reasons why your booking may fail. There may be a problem with the internet connection. If you take a long time to decide, the rooms you request may not be available. In such case, please perform the Search again.
There could be a case that your Credit Card Issuing company has declined the transaction. In such case, please speak to your Credit Card issuing Bank to check the exact reason for such decline.

Under what name will my purchase be charged on the credit card statement?

Purchases made through on your credit card will be charged to "TBEDS COM WEMBLEY GB" on your credit-card statement. is based out of Great Britain.

I spelled my name incorrectly while booking. How do I change it?

You can Email, Chat or Call our Hotel Reservation team and check if the Hotel you have booked accepts change-of-name requests. Most Hotels do accept such requests, so we will pass on yours. However, if the hotel does not accept this request, you will need to cancel and re-book your hotel

My money has been deducted and I haven't received any confirmation mail or booking from your website. What do I do?

Such cases are very rare. But if this does happen, it is usually caused by slow internet speeds, which can affect internet banking. In such a case, your booking will not be generated.
However, please do not panic. Call us on our Hotel Reservation helpline or email us at support (at), mentioning the Guest Name, amount deducted and the mode of transaction. will refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days without any cancellation charges.

I have booked my Hotel room online. By when will I get my Confirmed Prepaid Voucher?

You should receive your Confirmed Prepaid Voucher within 24 hours in your registered email you provided at the time of making the booking with us.

Our children will be traveling with us do they stay for free?

When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the "Children" drop down box and mention the age of each child alongside. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you need to increase the number of passengers in your search.

How do I cancel my hotel booking?

You can log in to your account to cancel your bookings by selecting "Manage Booking" link at the top right corner of the page. Please mention the Tripmart Booking Reference Number (which generally starts with "MRK") and your Last Name to manage the account. Check your inbox for an email for your account information. Once you log in, your hotel booking is listed in your account alongwith link to cancel your bookings. On selection of cancel bookings, your bookings will be cancelled. Please note that cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy will apply. Your refund will be processed in 24-48 hours. Depending on your mode of payment and bank, this may take between 3 to 14 working days to show up on your account statement.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy listed under section "2.2.2 Cancellation" on the terms & conditions page.

How do I modify a hotel booking?

Modification in hotel bookings is not available. You’ll have to cancel your existing booking and make a new one.

Why am I been requested to furnish Copy of my Government issued Identification Card and my Credit Card Front and Back copy

Why am I unable to access site?

What are the standard procedures for Hotel check-in?

You will need to present your Valid Government issued Identify Card and Prepaid Hotel Voucher at the Hotel Reception to obtain your room keys at the time of check-in. The hotel may also request you to provide them with a valid Credit Card for record for any ancillary expenditure such as local calls, laundry etc. In certain destinations you may also need to pay local city taxes, resort fee directly at the hotel at the time of check-in.

What are the necessary identity proofs to be carried along with the Confirmed Prepaid Voucher?

You need to show any of the following valid photo-identity proofs along with your Confirmed Prepaid Hotel Voucher:

  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Residence Proof
  • National Identification Number
